IMPORTANT: Please review the following Warranty Policies and Terms & Conditions carefully and place your order with Zentro Auto Parts only if you accept all the Policies and Terms & Conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Warranty Period

  • Zentro Auto Parts provides a Standard 30 Days "Parts Replacement Only" Warranty.
  • The 90 Days Warranty option, if available and purchased separately, extends the Standard Warranty Duration by 60 days.
  • All other terms and considerations remain the same under the 30 and 90 Days Warranty.
  • Warranty terms and conditions will not be valid and enforceable outside of the warranty period.

2. Warranty Activation

Warranty Period will auto activate from the delivery date of the unit, as recorded by the shipping carrier's documentation indicating purchaser's delivery acceptance.

3. Warranty Limitations

  • No labor costs and/or storage fee coverage.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to original purchaser.
  • Obligation limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. Refund may be issued if replacement parts are unavailable, not exceeding original purchase price.
  • May replace defective part with used functional assembly with equal or greater mileage.
  • Replacement does not extend warranty period.
  • Claims must be submitted within warranty period with original invoice.
  • Engines: Guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking; specific components covered. Accessories not always guaranteed. Warranty void if engine heat tab removed.
  • Transmissions: Warrantied against slippage or shifting failures; accessories not covered.
  • Following recommended installation and maintenance procedures is required to keep warranty valid.

Recommended Installation/Replacement Procedures - Engines:

  • Drain and replace engine oils to manufacturer suggested levels
  • Replace oil, air and fuel filters
  • Replace valve cover gaskets
  • Replace oil pan gasket and rear main seal
  • If needed, replace timing gears, chains or belts & gaskets
  • Replace thermostat & gasket
  • Flush cooling system & refill to proper level
  • Install new spark plugs & wires
  • Install new belts and hoses

Recommended Installation/Replacement Procedures - Transmissions & Transfer Cases:

  • Drain and replace transmission fluids to manufacturer suggested levels
  • Replace all seals
  • Install new filter kit
  • Flush and inspect cooling lines
  • Align and engage torque converter into front pump
  • Fill transmission with manufacturer specified fluid

4. Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage from failure to maintain fluids, abuse, negligence, freezing, fire, flood, collision, acts of God, racing, etc.
  • No coverage for labor, storage, incidental or consequential damages, lost wages, shipping or towing.
  • No coverage for commercial, sporting or competitive use.
  • No coverage for breakdowns due to mechanical alterations not meeting specs or factory recalls.
  • No coverage for estimate or repair cost expenses.
  • No coverage for normal wear and tear or breakdowns under other warranties.
  • No coverage for leaking gaskets or seals not replaced, or transmission coolant line issues.
  • Used parts external appearance (dirt, rust, oil) not covered.
  • No coverage outside the United States or warranty period.
  • Warranty void if vehicle operated after claim initiation without decision.
  • Installation by non-certified technicians voids warranty.

5. Warranty Claim

  • Claims must be filed with diagnostic printout by certified mechanic within warranty period.
  • Delivery acceptance required for claims; refused parts subject to 25% restocking fee.
  • Defective parts must be available for inspection.

6. Cancellation, Return and Refund

  • Returns and cancellations require prior authorization.
  • 25% restocking fee applies for cancellations after order processing.
  • Shipping fees borne by purchaser for cancellations or incorrect orders.
  • No refunds for returned parts not in original condition (except shipping damage).
  • Damaged parts must be reported within 3 business days and not returned without authorization.
  • Refunds issued only after defective parts are returned as per warranty period rules.

7. Disclaimer

  • Wear parts and accessories may need replacement before installation.
  • Color match not guaranteed; repainting/refinishing may be required.
  • Mileage is as accurate as known but not guaranteed.
  • Typical delivery 7-14 business days; residential deliveries may incur extra charges.
  • OEM parts fit multiple years/makes/models per standards.
  • Zentro Auto Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes settled by non-appealable arbitration under American Arbitration Association in Rhode Island. Parties waive rights to jury trial or class actions.

9. Choice of Law and Venue

Agreement governed by laws of Rhode Island. All litigation/arbitrations held in Providence County, Rhode Island.

10. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept secure and shared only as necessary for payment processing and order fulfillment.
